THE LAST STUDEBAKER AND ITS DEALER ARE UNITED AT LAST

On Dec. 9, 1963, the Studebaker Corporation announced it was closing the company's South Bend factory. A Bordeaux red Daytona hardtop rolled off the assembly line on Dec. 20, and was proclaimed the last Studebaker built in South Bend.

The Daytona was originally ticketed for the Boyer Brothers Studebaker dealership in Moselem Springs, Pennsylvania. (more follows)
