SDC Chapter Listing Form
It’s easy to list and update your SDC Local Chapter listing
on the SDC web site. Just fill out the form below and click the “Submit” button.
IMPORTANT: Click the “Submit” button only once and wait for
the “Thank You” notice, which is your confirmation that the
form has been successfully sent.
You’ll note that some of the items are open-ended so you can list
as little or as much information about your chapter as you desire. Some
chapters want to have all their officers listed while others do not.
It’s up to you. However, you must list at least one contact person.
Be
sure to review your listing and check for spelling errors before submitting.
